Row 3: Change to red yarn and turn, ch 1, sc in each sc across (18 sc).
Row 4: Change to white yarn and turn, ch 1, sc in each sc across (18 sc).
Row 5: Change to red yarn and turn, ch 1, sc in each sc across (18 sc).
Row 6: Change to white yarn and turn, ch 1, sc in each sc across (18 sc).
Row 7: Change to red yarn and turn, ch 1, sc in each sc across (18 sc).
Row 8: Change to white yarn and turn, ch 1, sc in each sc across (18 sc).
Row 9: Change to red yarn and turn, ch 1, sc in next 9 sc, change to navy yarn and sc in next 9 sc (18 sc.)

Row 13: Join in white yarn, ch 3, 2 dc in same sp, * skip next sc and 2 dc in next sc, repeat from * across to corner (8dc clusters), work 7 dc clusters down the side and 8 dc  clusters across the bottom and 7 dc clusters up the next side and sl st to top of the ch 3.
